TURNIP GREENS
(Portuguese gastronomy: Esparregado de nabiças)

The Portuguese recipe I'm sharing today is very easy to make. These tasty vegetables go beautifully with meat croquettes. Bom apetite!

Preparation
1 - Cut the turnip greens finely in shreds and cook in salted water. Drain well.
2 - Chop up the garlic and fry in a pan with olive oil.
3 - When the garlic is slightly brown, add the shredded green leaves. Stir slowly, add the flour and continue stirring. Add enough flour so that the mixture gets thick and does not stick to the pan.
4 - Season with salt, pepper and vinegar to taste.
